    We are building a dealer locator map that is embedded on a webpage and we're exploring the Mapbox tool.  We want the list of locations to be updated on a scheduled basis from the D365 preset view or query, if the data changes or even if it doesn't change, just refresh it every night to be safe.  I am not getting much support from Mapbox, they said D365 isn't their product so they don't know...   I know it's possible but I just can't find any documentation on it.

    Hi Tim,

    We use a product called Easy Territory and it provides the functionality you are looking for. The configuration can leverage bing or azure map services for geo-location for your accounts, contacts, leads, etc..

    Basically you build a view in dynamics with the account criteria you are looking to surface. Then you link that view to a "project" created on the Easy Territory side. We use projects as our layers for the different types of accounts (like installer vs dealer). The map calls out the project layer and when people add/update accounts that would match in your view... each time the map/project is called it will update automatically from Dynamics. No need to batch it overnight or anything like that. Gives you that near real-time capability.

    The great thing is you can surface the map resource within dynamics and you can leverage it by embedding in a website. They are working on a PCF version you can embed in power apps with no code. Additionally you could open up the easy territory portal if you want to use more granular toolset with things like layers, etc.

    Check them out if you get a chance. It's really been a game changer for us. We use the geocoding on leads to automatically assign to regional territories and send alerts upon assignment to users. That really helped us lower manual efforts of users/manager sifting through views of leads and reducing clicks to ownership->engagment.
