    Hello everyone,

    during the last days I wanted to try the Mobile Offline Capabilities in a Demo environment. Unfortunatly, I couldn't get it running.
    I used the Standard Sample Sales Scenario Offline Profile and checked that the entities are available for Mobile Offline in the Customization Area (put in the filters & so on). Furthermore, I added my User to the Offline Profile and added the Mobile Offline Profile to the Sales Hub.

    First, it seemed like everythings was working. I got the Dialoge: Laden Sie Updates auf Ihr mobiles Gerät für Mobile offline herunter
    and pressed "Update".

    But somehow nothing was actually updating or the Update did not work - I don't know... no data was actually updating/synchronizing. Trying to find out what was happening I clicked on the Connection Symbol and got the following information:

    I have the impression, that the Data is not synchronizing.

    Has anyone else experienced the same problemse or has some ideas what I can try? I am out of ideas...

    Hi Isabel,

    If you are using model-driven-app or UCI please make sure to go to your app > app designer click edit mode and go to properties.

    Add you mobile offline profile

    Hi Robert,
    thanks for your reply.
    I have already added the Mobile Offline Profile and Enabled Mobile Offline in the UI when receiving the above mentioned problems. 
    This does not seem to do the trick.

    Any other ideas?

    Hi Isabel,

    Just asking.  Did you do a publish.

    Please try creating your own Mobile Offline Profile.  I did my own test and it's working for me.

    Please make sure you remove you user name from the Sample Sale or you will get and error message.
