Has anyone experienced a problem with field level security with the following scenarios in Dynamics 365:
    1) User can go to a different computer and properly edit a field.
    2) User can edit the field on one form and yet got to a different form that references the same table/field and not be able to edit it.

    Thanks

I haven't experienced your first scenario, but for the second, this could be because one form has the field checked as "Read Only" and the other does not.  To check, open the form, double-click the field, check (or uncheck) the box for "Field is read only."

My only thought on the first one is that perhaps the cache needs to be cleared on the other computer.  Sometimes it can hold on to permissions, etc.  Make sure it is cleared for "all time."

    Hope this helps.

Thanks. I checked both of those ideas without success. I appreciate the help.

As it turns out, one of our vendors' solutions had additional security added to some fields.
