Outlook Client address not synching (CRM2013)

  • 1.  Outlook Client address not synching (CRM2013)

    When synching contacts from Outlook to CRM, the account name populates on the contact record in CRM, but the address does not. Does anyone have a solution for this?

    Hi Jill,

    If you have not already done so, you will want to make sure that CRM is setup to synchronize the fields.  You can do this from Settings -> Administration --> System Settings, then select the tab for Synchronization.  You'll get a pop-up that looks like this:

    Once you click on the Synchronized Fields, it should pop up this view.  Select Contact from the drop down, and make sure you have the fields you want synchronized selected.
