Case Associated View - default to All

  • 1.  Case Associated View - default to All

    We are having a hard time changing the Case Associated View on a Contact record to default to All.

    1. Open a Contact record
    2. Click on Related
    3. Click on Cases
    4. We want to default the Case Associated VIew to All, but can't find where to do this at.
