Update step for pre-operation synchronous plugin issues.

    Hi,

    I am getting error for Update step for pre-operation synchronous plugin. Same code runs in update step for post operation asynchronous mode.
    not sure what is the problem error log does not say much. Anybody faced same issue.

    It looks like there was an exception thrown by an organizationservice request, and your code catches that and continues execution. This will however result in the service being dead, and cannot be used for further execution.
    If it is not possible to identify the problem by checking the code, I would suggest adding some more tracing to the plugin and especially tracing the message of the exception being caught.
    The trace log is then easiest to view using Plugin Trace Viewer in XrmToolBox.
