For those that are using Microsoft's out-of-the-box contact synchronization, do you know what the limitations are? I seem to recall several years ago that Microsoft doesn't have the concept of a "shared" contact and so a single contact can only be connected to a single user. Our business is very relationship driven where a single contact is often shared or connected to multiple users (think LinkedIn Connections).
What limitations have you ran into with Microsoft's out-of-the-box contact synchronization?
