In the old CRM Add-in, a user could select multiple emails and track to CRM. Has anyone found a way to do this with the new CRM App?

    thanks!

    Hi @Nelson Johnson,
Yeah, I saw this back in May, I was hoping that there was something new that allowed it to be done.  I think ti is useless to track emails and not set them regarding some type of record, so i would not recommend this to any of my users. I just find it odd that it worked in the old CRM Add-in but they still have not developed this in the new app.

    thanks, Laura
