When attempting to create a workflow using Microsoft Workflow in Dynamics 365 v.9.x GCC client, I get the following message:

Could not retrieve values. Cannot open server 'XXXXXXXXX' requested by the login. Client with IP address 'XXXXXXXXX' is not allowed to access the server. To enable access, use the Windows Azure Management Portal or run sp_set_firewall_rule on the master database to create a firewall rule for this IP address or address range. It may take up to five minutes for this change to take effect.

It appears we need to add specific IP addresses to make this work. However, how would we do this with dynamic IP addressing?

Does anyone know of any IP address range(s) used to update Windows Azure Management Portal?

The IP address changes every time it needs to access the SQL Server DB from Dynamics.

I have attached an error example.
