    As I'm exploring the enhanced email functionality (see documentation here) with the new popout window, I'm trying to grasp its capabilities.

    The popout window works after setting up in the Sales Hub, but I haven't found a way to enable it in a custom app. Has anyone found a way to use the enhanced email in any other model-driven application? 

    I am also trying to find a way to use this feature from a workflow - to create an email record with populated information and open it up inside the popup window to allow the user to edit before sending. Does anyone know a way to accomplish this?
    My previous workflow created the email, then used JavaScript to open that specific email entity record. However, I'd like to open the email as a popout instead of navigating the window to a new page.

    Hey Chad,

    I checked with Microsoft Support and they confirmed Enhanced Email is only available in the 'Sales Hub' App.

    We tried a workaround by adding a new sub area to another model-driven app,
    Type URL
    URL: /main.aspx?pagetype=inlinedialog&name=ContextualEmailSetting

    This shows "enhanced email" in the app but enabling it (as in your screenshot) doesn't actually turn on the new email functionality.

    Microsoft must intend making Enhanced Email widely available but when that will be I don't know.

    Although it is for salespeople, I'm not entirely enamored with the enhanced side of the new email client.
    The existing client (top image) seems to offer a lot more formatting options.
