Our clients and contacts are all "owned" at a corporate level rather than locally.  Due to this, we could have 30+ users sharing the same contact.  Often times they would like to indicate how they met or how they know the contact but I am not sure how to accomplish this.  I was thinking maybe connections would work but I am not sure if that is the best approach. I was thinking maybe we could create a custom entity which could tie users to companies or contacts in a sub-grid or something like that?  That intersect entity would contact the relationship type or how they met?  Does anyone have an idea on how to approach this?  thanks so much! Hello,
As for me connections is the best way to store that kind of information.
