Callback Registration Expander

    I just started seeing suspended workflows yesterday morning with a system job name of "Callback Registration Expander". I monitor suspended system jobs regularly and this just started happening. I was just curious to see if anyone else is experiencing this. We are on version 9.1.0.10129 and it looks like that most recent service update was applied on 16 November. There are no plugin exceptions that correspond with these suspended workflows. They are happening on Contact and a custom entity. Compared to the number of updates and creates on Contact and this custom entity, it's really not that frequent - about 26 of these suspended workflows in two days.

    The details are:

    Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Unhandled Exception:Exception type: System.NullReferenceException

    I'll continue to look into any recent deployments on our part and see if could be caused by some custom code. If I resume the suspended workflows, they suspend again with the same error.

    If it turns out to be a new bug in service update 101, then I'm hoping it's addressed in one of the upcoming releases. We are scheduled to get 103, 105, 107, 109, and 111 between now and mid January.

    The suspended Callback Registration Expander workflows I was seeing seem to have been resolved with Service Update 103 that was applied to our org on November 22. I don't see it listed as an addressed issue here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/business-applications-release-notes/dynamics/released-versions/weekly-releases/update103, but it's no longer happening.
