Hi Greg, I agree with Jordi, Word Templates are an option and the first thing that came to mind for me. Do you have a preference on format? Below are some other options to consider: 1. The most simple option would be pull an advanced find query on notes, regarding (account) and then account name "equals" or "begins with" whichever account you want to pull notes for. This will give a list of those notes and you can export them to excel.
2. If you're looking for an excel format then you could also look at using excel templates: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/analyze-your-data-with-excel-templates. 3. It's an old school option but you could use a Report Wizard report and that gives a lot of different format options (excel, PowerPoint, PDF, word, etc). There is a native report that shows recent notes for an account. Open the account record, select the ellipses Run Report > Account Overview. You could consider building a new custom report as well.
