    Hi all,

As addOnKeyPress, ShowAutoComplete and hideAutoComplete are deprecated in the v9 update. MS propose to use the Auto-Complete control instead. I tried it but it doesn't work. Anyone have tested it already ?

    Thanks and regards,

@Fabrice Kwetchet - Yes, I have used the Auto Complete control. Keep in mind this only work in the new Unified Interface (model-driven app(s).

Also, when setting up the control on the form, did you bind the field to an Option Set or View? I have set the up the control to bind to a View without issues. The View doesn't even have to have a relationship with the entity and form that have this field control.

Lastly, there are options where the control is display such as Web, Tablet, and Phone. You will need to be sure one or multiple of these are selected depending on where you intend to use the control.

    Hi Aaron Back, MCSE ,

Thank you for your answer. I understand now that it is not working because we have not activated yet the Unified Interface.
    Kind regards
