I have a user on the team that created several new views in "My Views" under various entities (Leads, Opportunities, Activities, etc.).
He then created a dashboard utilizing this views to display as graphs. The dashboard looks great on his end.

We have worked with him to share all the views that are used in the dashboard and to share the dashboard itself with other users (myself included).
As it stands now, only two of the 7 graphs are showing - one for activities, and one for opportunities . The remaining 5 graphs have a message stating "You do not have enough privileges to access the Microsoft Dynamics 365 object or perform the requested operation. For more information, contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator." I would be the admin...

I have checked and double check the settings from his end, and nothing i see should be preventing us from viewing the graphs. On my side, I even see the views that were shared as views in the individual entities and can see their records.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

    Hi Nathaniel,

If the charts are custom, they would need to be shared as well. Dashboards > Views > Charts all need to be shared to view the dashboard.

Chart sharing is a little tricky and is actually shared from within the view. See a screenshot below for more info.

    Hope this helps!
