    Hi Folks! 

    The organization I work for is using Dynamics 365 online, and we have multiple production instances for various purposes. Several of the instances require organization-wide email workflows to be configured. I am currently the only system customizer. I had hoped to set up one user account to send workflow emails from multiple instances. Now I'm running into an issue with server-side synchronization:

    "Incoming emails aren't being synced because the email address for the <Mailbox Name> mailbox is configured for another Dynamics 365 organization. Ask your administrator to test and enable your mailbox for the current organization and to change the sync method for non-primary organizations to None."

    Is there any way to get around paying for an additional user license for each instance to send workflow emails? Or do I have to use a different user account for each instance? Is there a best practice for this kind of situation?

    I'd appreciate any advice!

    Would it be possible to move the workflow logic into Flow and send the mail from there?  I've not tested it but you should be able to connect to multiple CRM instances from within the same Flow.

    I have been able to successfully integrate the CRM mail entity with external mail services using Azure Logic Apps (The platform that Flow is built on top of). If you have a lot of email, you may want to consider Logic Apps because it does not have the same volume limits as Flow and is less expensive overall.
