The organization I work for is using Dynamics 365 online, and we have multiple production instances for various purposes. Several of the instances require organization-wide email workflows to be configured. I am currently the only system customizer. I had hoped to set up one user account to send workflow emails from multiple instances. Now I'm running into an issue with server-side synchronization:
"Incoming emails aren't being synced because the email address for the <Mailbox Name> mailbox is configured for another Dynamics 365 organization. Ask your administrator to test and enable your mailbox for the current organization and to change the sync method for non-primary organizations to None."
Is there any way to get around paying for an additional user license for each instance to send workflow emails? Or do I have to use a different user account for each instance? Is there a best practice for this kind of situation?I'd appreciate any advice!Kind regards,Nathalie
