    Hi,
We're on D365 CE Online v9x.  I'm using v2.2020.12.1 of the User Audit Viewer plugin for the XRMToolBox.  When trying to export inactive users to Excel I get the bellow unhandled exception.  I uninstalled the plugin and re-installed it but had no joy.  Anyone else experiencing this same issue or know what the issue might be?

    Thanks in advance.

    Mark,

When I run it I don't even get a list of Users like is see in your screen shot.  I timeout before getting as far as you did.  Probably separate issues but if it both issues get resolved, great.

I did post the timeout issue on github, there hasn't been any update posted, so not sure if the plugin is being maintained.  Looks like someone posted about the export issue as well...

This was a very helpful tool, so hopefully these issues can be resolved soon.

    Thanks,

Thanks for the reply @Jim Corriveau.  If you scroll down on the Github page, it says "This is not maintained anymore, if you need the issue to be fixed please contact me for price quote".  The latest release date for the plugin was 27/05/2020 so it wasn't that long ago that it stopped being updated.

In any event, I've worked out that I can click on the top left corner on the inactive users screen which highlights all the data which I can then copy and paste into Excel.

Shame that you can't even get the list of users.  Do you have the latest version installed (v2.2020.12.1)?

Cool, are you now able to get to the inactive users screen?

    Mark,

Not sure what happened, this morning I got the latest version of the xrmtoolbox, and it had the latest version of the User Audit Viewer, I ran the inactive Users and i got the same timeout issue.  I ran it just now and it works.  I do have the same export issue that you reported, but the copy/paste workaround is working.  So it looks like I'm back in business, for now anyway...

    Thanks,
