    Products are not loading on the Opportunity Product Grid using Chrome.  Any ideas to why this is happening? We are using Dynamics version 1612 (8.2.11.13) on-premise.

    Are the user's Chrome browsers updated? Is this impacting all users? Have you tried different browsers?

    Lastly, have you looked into using Edge Chromium? I have been using this for a few months now and love it. I would suggest downloading the Beta version as it's the most stable.

    Thanks Aaron, thanks very much for contributing your ideas to my issue...I downloaded Edge Chromium as you suggested and the Opportunity and Quote grids still do not show the products.

    Do other subgrids show up in the record in Chrome?  As Aaron asked, does it show up in another browser okay?  Trying to determine if it is a browser setting or something with your from.

    Thanks very much everyone for sharing their thoughts, it is truly appreciated.  Yes we can see products populating on the grid within Internet Explorer 11.535.18362.0, however we cannot view in Chrome Version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) or Microsoft Edge 44.18362.449.0.  Our grid code uses Power Object grid plus a third party framework Knockout js.

    Thanks very much for responding Beth, Aaron's suggestion of trying out Edge Chromium was unsuccessful.  As for your question, all sub grids do populate on the Opportunity and Quote forms in Chrome with the exception of the Opp & Quote product grids.  I also tried running Chrome and Edge Chromium in "Incognito" mode to no avail.  Again thanks for providing input...Bill...

    Hi

    Current version of Chrome is 4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    You really should update - problems will in all reality go away
