In reading the documentation, it appears I can apply the 2020 Release Wave 1 to my Dynamics 365 Customer engagement environments anytime between April 1, 2020 thru September 30, 2020. Is this correct?
And Wave 2 can be applied anytime between Oct 1, 2020 thru March 31.2020. Is this correct?

About the Wave 1 2020 release, it will happen between April and September of the present year, 2020. It will deliver changes that provide customers with significant capabilities. The release contains many new features across Dynamics 365 applications. So, yes, you are correct with the first statement.
About Wave two, let me investigate further to be sure before providing you with a final response.
So, as long as I apply Wave 1 Upgrade to my environments by Sept 30, 2020, I will still be in compliance. Microsoft will not force the update prior to Sept 30, 2020.
Correct?So far, we have not been able to get a Yes or No answer to the question.
