Did this happen to anyone else, or just me?

The quick create form for Contacts (in sandbox and production) seems to have moved a few fields around in order.
Quick Create: Contact, Details, First Name, Account Name, Last Name

With the latest update we had the Business Card button added to the top but it did not change the field order on our quick create forms.  Did you customize the managed quick create form, or create your own unmanaged quick create form?  If it was the latter, maybe the system defaulted back to the managed one?

I had the same thing happen with the Contact Quick Create form - the Last Name field shifted down two rows on the form.  There was no modification to the form and appears to have happened after the update.

This happened to us at well. We have 4 CE environments and it happened on 3 of them.
I was able to update the quick create form to resolve this.
