On Saturday, this new user showed up in our CRM environment named PowerApps Checker Application with an email address of pacheckerapp@microsoft.com. The access mode is Non-interactive and there are two security roles assigned:  Export customizations and solution checker. Both of these security roles were created on Saturday as well.

One other security role was created on Saturday (5/4) and that is Dynamics 365 App for Outlook User.

Anyone else have something like this?  I googled but didn't find anything...  Thanks in advance for your help!

I just checked and our instances has the same user with the same security roles. I do not know what the user is for and why it was created.

    Thanks for the heads up

If you look at your power apps you should see a new one called Solution Health Hub

From what I can tell - it helps with testing workflows.

Troubleshooting: Use Solution Health Hub to maintain healthy operation of your environment
The Solution Health Hub extends the PowerApps checker to ensure continued healthy operation of an environment. Where the PowerApps checker reviews code present in an environment to validate the health of the environment based on predefined rules, the Solution Health Hub runs rules within an instance to validate the configuration of the environment, which might change over time through natural system operations.

    Additionally

    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-general-availability-of-solution-checker/

    The article here states
"The Solution Health Hub app extends PowerApps Checker helping to ensure the healthy state of an organization. In contrast to PowerApps Checker rules which review static artifacts, Solution Health Hub rules run within an instance to validate the configuration of the environment which may change over time through natural system operations. Along with rules, fixes can be included. It also allows ISVs and customers to provide their own set of rules. Additional documentation on how to create your own rules set will be published soon."

My guess is that it's more for ISVs to have better tools to validate their work and make sure there are no conflicts when they deliver it to customers.

I can confirm that the Outlook user is a new security role. I had a support ticket open with MSFT recently and that upcoming role was a part of the solution.

Here's the link to the updated doc: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/outlook-app/deploy-dynamics-365-app-for-outlook#provide-security-role-access. It's my understanding that this new role will replace any need for admins to create a separate role with appropriate read/write permissions or tweak existing ones.
