Hello,
With Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premise, using Chrome OR Edge we experience a problem, (All is well with Internet Explorer.)
In the header, when adding a new contact the FIRST time, the entire "add new contact" fields appear appropriately.
However, after adding the new contact and then ATTEMPTING TO ADD A SECOND, NEW Contact, then the form is cut off.

Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
