Workflow not processing for existing opportunities

    I've created a workflow that is supposed to send an email to one of our salespeople when a field changes to a certain value.

    The workflow is processing when I create a new opportunity, save it, and then change the field value.  It is not working, however, on older opportunities.  Would someone take a look at my screen shots and see what I am missing?

    I think you might need to change the scope of the workflow to Organization - that way, no matter who changes the field, it should work.
