Problems with new Trial instances

  • 1.  Problems with new Trial instances

    New trial instances (crm11 - UK) - version 1710 (

    I have tried this on 2 new trials, both on Chrome and IE and have the same problems.

    Lots of error messages "Script Errors" when creating or opening Opportunities or Cases

    Unable to add Products to Opportunities or Quotes

    There appears to be a number of issues loading forms but I dont understand the error messages well enought.

    Has anyone else come across these issues?

    Have you used those two browsers to work on other CRM instances? When I see problems like that, I clear the cache on my browser because I know that some of the content comes from Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) so if your cache has outdated code from other clients, then you could be running into this.

    On Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+R to do a 'hard reload'

    Hi - the problem is the same on several instances regardless of browser, PC, user or even which country you are in!  It looks like a general issue with the new trials and Microsoft Support and now investigating.
