We are looking to leverage a 3rd party solution to clean up the accounts and contacts within our system.
We are using a 3rd party solution to automatically sync users' Outlook contacts to Dynamics, which has been very beneficial and lead to great user adoption. The issue is people put a lot of bad or missing data in Outlook that we can't control/validate, which causes poor data to exist within Dynamics.
The goal would be to identify and clean up existing duplicates that already exist, while also auto-merging new records when they are brought into the system based on matching rules.
Has anybody had success using a 3rd party solution to do this?
