We are looking to leverage a 3rd party solution to clean up the accounts and contacts within our system.

We are using a 3rd party solution to automatically sync users' Outlook contacts to Dynamics, which has been very beneficial and lead to great user adoption.  The issue is people put a lot of bad or missing data in Outlook that we can't control/validate, which causes poor data to exist within Dynamics.

The goal would be to identify and clean up existing duplicates that already exist, while also auto-merging new records when they are brought into the system based on matching rules.

Has anybody had success using a 3rd party solution to do this?

This is one that i would be looking at Data8 for.

We use it internally and promote to our customers and now it does such a good job that we forget it's event running.

You might want to look at our Paribus 365 solution, which includes duplicate detection, merging and provides many rich features around intelligently searching of your CRM content which can also work from within Outlook.

Hi Shawn,

We also use Duplicare from Data8. It works perfect for both system and custom entities. We have used it for bulk clean up exercises and are still using it for dedupe maintenance. There is a lot you can do with the merge rules and data8 support is really good and they are very responsive.
