Error message when sync D365 templates with Outlook

    In the last couple of days our users are experiencing problems when from Outlook (using the Dynamics outlook app) they try to email a lead/opportunity and want to use a template that is in D365 (we use online D365, if that matters). Basically, when users select an email address, look for a record in Outlook using the Dynamics Outlook App, select the record and then try to add the template they get this error message (please see the attachment). I wonder if anyone where is also experiencing something similar and have found a solution?
