@Laura Mortick to my knowledge, this is only possible using SSRS reports or Power BI as you need to create a calculated column for the hit rate based on the won and lost opportunities.
If you are using Forecasts in Dynamics 365 Sales, it is also possible to create a custom calculated column there for hit rate. However, you will not be able to show the values in a chart - only as a column in the forecast - but that is also quite handy.

I don't know if you are using Power BI today. However, with the recent announcement of
general availability of Power BI reports as system dashboards in model-driven apps and
support for Power BI Direct Query (also reached general availability) - the Power BI story in Dynamics 365 is suddenly much more interesting in my opinion - even though there are extra licensing costs for Power BI Pro or Premium.

Subject: Win Rate/Hit Rate
Does anyone have an easy way to create charts showing hit rate/win rate on opportunities? We do not use the traditional pick list for wins but have a way to designate each one as won or lost. I just cant figure out the chart to show the win rate. Any ideas?
