    Hello,

We are investigating about the best practices, tools, How to's regarding the migration of the security roles from CRM to SharePoint, our goal is: a user with documents(Stored in SharePoints) linked in DYN365CE V9 can see only his documents

what are the best practices,(free or not free) tool that help us in that ?

I have just learned that you can now integrate Microsoft Teams with Dynamics. So what you could do it create a "Team" per account - and use the Team specific Sharepoint for documents under this account instead of a central Dynamics Sharepoint. In our environment we have a very open access policy so everyone (small organization) can see contracts from accounts they don't own. However we have one particular client that requires us to limit internal access of their contracts, so I am considering using the Teams integration for that account.

It may make sense to have this be the default setup if you want to limit access but still allow for some level of collaboration. It's also possible to somehow integrate with OneDrive for Business but then I see the problem with people leaving an organization and noone ever being able to access those documents again in the future.
