Universal Resource Scheduling

I'm new to resource scheduling and trying to implement a simple booking process for a custom entity (Job Order) customer purchase order for temp placements..I want to schedule out the order work days with different resources based on skill and rates so the bookable resource at this stage will be generic..I can create the required generic resources using a workflow when the order is created and create a resource group. this schedule will be only used for reporting so I don't need the resource requirements or work orders..

just need the ability quick book schedule generic resources and drag and drop to the days (this will be book days at this stage) the generic resources will be replaced with contacts once they have been identified, approved and on-boarded.

The issue I'm having is the booking button doesn't show on the command bar...i followed several videos and manuals and created the correct custom relationships but and have the quick button set to yes on the metadata setup as well as the cancel requirement setting for quickbook set to yes..

Also the resource scheduling entity isn't available in the sitemap in the web UI or the new IU as shown in the I need to add it manually to the sitemap? can I add the resource scheduling UI app to my UI solution and add it to the UI sitemap? I don't want users to bounce between UI apps....

    book button missing
also do create a relationship for schedule board to access it from the common related

Kevin, To get the Book button you need to enable your entity for scheduling.
To do that go to resource scheduling -> administration click on Enable Resource scheduling for entities.
Then add your entity in the setup wizard. (you can go through the attachment to see the example setup wizard)
