    Hey all,

    does anyone have experience with Email Engagement? We just enabled it and are testing it out and it's working fine when we send emails out of CRM directly:

    However our users typically use Outlook to send emails and then track using the Outlook App. We are following these steps, however I get this error message when tracking in this way:

    My test email went to the same contact as above and both emails appear in the timeline. However the one that was sent via Outlook has the message about being potentially harmful. I am guessing this "blocking" might have something to do with my problem?:

    Any pointers on what may be going wrong and what I can do to fix it?
