    HI,

    what is the replacement for on-Demand workflow in new UI?

    I believe it should be canvas app calling power automate. Anything other than what I said?

    Let me know how others are replacing On-Demand workflow.

    Jeebo,

    The on-demand workflows are still available in the new user interface (UCI) but they are not enabled by default. In the (hopefully far) future Power Automate (fka Flow) will replace the functionality of on-demand workflows.

    To enable the known on-demand workflows, you need to switch on Flow in System Settings:

    Enable Flow in Dynamics 365
    You will find a fly-out menu Flow in each form and grid ribbon bar then and this will contain your on-demand workflows as in legacy web application:

    Hello Hauke.  Would there be any other reason I wouldn't see the Flow flyout?  I updated my customizations tab to enable Flow and I'm a system admin so my security rights already include the ability for Flow, however, I still don't see the flyout when I select a record.  I've made sure I have active, on-demand workflows for the entity I'm testing it for, but no luck.  Thanks!!

    Hi Scott,

    After updating the customization tab to enable Flow. You can logout and login again into CRM to see if you are able to see on-demand workflows for the entity.
    I remember I had similar issue as you are having.

    The Flow equivalent to the On Demand workflow is the 'When a row is selected' trigger; however, this trigger is previous generation and is not solution aware.
    It's also a little flakey. To get it to work properly, don't change the name of the trigger, and add a get record after it to get the record that triggers the flow.
