    Good morning everyone

I know I've been here before with this one but that was when we were 2011 on-prem, and unfortunately my previous attempts to improve our events management didn't get very far.

We are now on latest D365 online and are again looking to automate our event bookings from Eventbrite back into CRM.  We use Eloqua for all our marketing and it doesn't appear there is a connector for that.  So, of the available CRM Extensions I can see on Eventbrite, which would you recommend I investigate?

FYI I've developed a simple event > booking > delegate solution in CRM.  Bookings are currently manually entered into CRM.

    Many thanks
    Jules

Slightly OT (we're looking at event management software now)

At the CRMUG London chapter meeting yesterday, there were several presentations (from Microsoft and Metrobank) on the new Marketing app that's available.
They focused on the email/website forms functionality, but they did mention briefly that it has inbuilt event management software capabilities (though for webinar they have integration with On24).

It might be something to look into, depending on your needs

Hi @Julia Streatfield, we are in the early stages of getting Event2CRM which integrates Eventbrite with Dynamics.  The supplier is an america company called CRM Innovation.  I've found them easy to deal with and to set up Skype calls.  They don't offer a free trial but they do a 30 day money back guarantee so not ideal but better than nothing.

We don't use the Dynamics Marketing app but as EY says, its worth looking into its Events functionality and whether you'd want to move away from using Eventbrite.

    Julia,

As Mark mentioned (so graciously) our firm has a connector between Eventbrite.com and Dynamics 365. It will sync all your events, orders, registrations and venue information into Dynamics. It is simple to setup and we have made it marketing person friendly.

We can do a demo for you at your convenience.
