Hi,Thanks for the response. Further investigation shows the search behaviour on a dashboard grid is different to the search behaviour on the contact entity itself.It looks like MS changed the search method in the new UI to align with the Web interface back in November
Unified Interface Lookup now leverages Quick Find View
but that the behaviour I'm seeing on the dashboard doesn't fit with that updated way of searching.Having tested more I can only search using "full name" not postal code, email address or any other fields that are find enabled via the quick find view on the dashboard.I'll raise a call with Microsoft - feels like a bug to me.Rgs, Matt.
