    Our organization is in the process of exploring options for support center phone integration with our D365 Online instance. We intend to consider LivePerson and I wonder if anyone has experiences with that product or can suggest another option.

    I was not aware of that brand - I would be interested in learning about how that works out for you.
    We just finished a project working with a company called FPS to implement their software to run a clients call center and they did a pretty good job.
