Power BI/CRM

    I am trying to connect Power BI to CRM and it says our data set is too large. I tried this using Sales Analytics for D365 Sales.  There are some cool charts and graphs there that we wanted to check out.  I just know nothing about Power BI. This is the error i receive. Any suggestions? Thank you!

    Hi Laura,

    As Andrew mentions, that is a limitation of the pre-built content pack that Microsoft created.

    It is possible to modify the report and remove that limitation, however, that report is using the Dynamics 365 API connector which will have performance issues. The best approach is to create a new report using the newest Dataverse connector in Power BI.
