    Hey all,

    We are online D365 sales / CE / CRM. We are a member based organization. Our members are Organizations and those employees that work at that organization. The employees at these organizations move frequently from 1 member organization to another. When this happens, we update all information including email address. This happens all the time.

    Now onto the problem: We are currently looking to link our new website to our CRM. We have been told that Azure B2C is the solution. Great.....HOWEVER we are being told that the email address is being used as the "userid" and therefore if you try and change on either the CRM side or Website side this will break the link and a new user/contact would need to be created.

    This is blowing my mind and I can't wrap my head around why there would not be another way. I have looked heavily and found articles that state this is/was a problem. I see that you can now create a "user login as of 1/20/2021.

    Does anyone know if this would help us solve our problem?

    Looking for any insight this incredible community might have.
