Hey Shawn,
Thanks for the note. Can you tell me how you are able to tell that someone attached a document? What do you look for i the flow? We have this enabled on several other entities too but would like to store copies of our final RFP on SharePoint on the Opportunity in CRM. We want to know which ones have something attached though :) Thanks for your help!

Hello Laura - we have enabled SharePoint integration for several entities and are using Connecting Software to keep permissions between Dynamics records and corresponding SharePoint files in sync. Otherwise users can access all of the files through SharePoint where they shouldn't be able to.
For these entities (a.k.a. tables) we added the Documents Uploaded? flag to the form. We have a Flow that checks when a document is uploaded to SharePoint and then sets the flag to yes for the corresponding record. We have users who are using the Documents Uploaded? flag in their views.

We have set up the integration with SharePoint on the opportunity record. We would like to create a view of opportunities where anything is attached. We tried this but it is a little old and did not seem to work. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Forum
Any other suggestions?
thanks!
