Phone call update

    Hi everyone,

    I've seen ways for updating a Closed Phone Call but all use the RUN WORKFLOW option which is not available in my menu. Am I missing something here? Can anu=yone provide a hint?

    Did you check your security role has the option to run flows/workflows?

    I created a new flow in order to turn it back to Open.

    It is now in the "flow" icon on the ribbon, rather than the "run workflow".  You might check that?
