    Hello,

How are you communicating changes (Field requirements etc) to your Organization? Do you use a template, blast an email? TIA

We've just blasted out an email to the group that is affected. If there are a bunch of changes, I'll write a blog post in addition for our staff intranet. :)

We use a Yammer group for all of our communications.  For more complex and/or impactful changes, we email all staff as well and direct them to review the updates and changes.  We like using the yammer group because our staff can post questions and help answer each other's questions and share tips and tricks for all to see.

Great Idea, unfortunately, we use our Yammer channel for everything informal (company events etc).

    Hi Angie-

We use the announcement feature in Teams. Similar to how @Diane Taylor is using Yammer, this lets us tag people and also have a saved conversation if anyone asks questions, makes a comment, etc.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Angie!

Great! I am glad this helped you out! I am on a huge crusade to stop using email for notifications, announcements, alerts, etc. Once you start doing the announcements in Teams, it changes your life!

Just for future reference -- if you'd like to take the notifications in Teams to another lever, I wrote a blog post on receiving notifications through Teams and not via email. If you'd like to check it out, here's the link: https://josephmarkovich.com/stop-using-email-for-notifications/

@Angie Montgomery Hi, I've created a MS Teams CRM User Group and use posts to alert users to field changes, new functionality etc. I also do videos and sometimes 1 pager SOPs and store these here too.  Dependent on what it is I often do 30 min teams demo for users and do Q&A afterwards, that works quite well and I record them - didn't know about the announcement feature so thanks @Joseph C. Markovich going to investigate!

We have an "Updates to CRM" page on our intranet that we update as features are released.  We have around 3,000 users so I like the idea of implementing a Yammer community.
