SSRS report

    Hi All,
    I am creating Opportunity Summary report which is combination of items per Opportunity. I have an Opportunity Entity where I also have a subgrid to add my competitors (Competitor entity).

    How can I go about reflecting that competitor list for that Opportunity?? Since it is a subgrid it does not show up in my Advanced Find (I use advanced find to get the report then FetchXML and transfer code to my SSRS tool)

    Any help would be much appreciated!

    Dear Pradip,
         Advanced Find is somewhat limited for that job. The table you need is called "opportunitycompetitors" and is not available in Advanced Find.  I would recommend using the XRMToolbox, which has the FetchXML Builder tool, because it will let you select that table and all the fields you need from the Opportunity and Account entities to create the FetchXML for you.

    Hi Pradip,

    here's the fetchxml. Just add the attributes you need.
    As Nelson said, it's not possible to create that query with the advanced find.

    <fetch>
    <entity name="opportunity" >
    <attribute name="opportunityid" />
    <attribute name="name" />
    <link-entity name="opportunityclose" from="opportunityid" to="opportunityid" link-type="outer" alias="OppClose" >
    <attribute name="createdon" />
    <attribute name="activitytypecode" />
    <attribute name="competitorid" />
    <link-entity name="competitor" from="competitorid" to="competitorid" link-type="outer" >
    <attribute name="name" />
    </link-entity>
    </link-entity>
    </entity>
    </fetch>
