    I'm looking for a deeper dive into the Sales Accelerator portion of Sales Insights. I turned on the feature, created a sequence on the opportunity entity, and lauched the sequence on an opportunity. I can now see the activities created in in sequence, but what I'm trying to find out is when you complete a phone call activity, where does it go? I don't see them on the timeline of the opportunity or the associated account. Does it even create an activity record or does it create a card. How do you open the phone call cards if you don't have a soft phone integrated in the CRM? I like the the functionality of Sales Accelerator but I can't seem to get it working for phone call activities. Please help. Thanks.
