exporting sensitive data from D365

We are on the latest cloud D365 version and working on implementing Azure Information Protection -- but we're not finding any good material on how to automatically label data exported from Dynamics into Excel as sensitive so that we can encrypt it.  It seems this would be an important feature, as for most companies, their CRM system typically houses sensitive data.  But we have been unable to turn up anything.

It seems you must rely on the user to open the exported Excel, THEN classify it -  but what if they export the sensitive data and send it off to their personal email account via a browser before it gets classified?  Any help in this space is appreciated.
