CRM 2013 - Using Server side sync

We have just migrated from email router to server side sync, we have inbound mailboxes linked to queues and we have noticed that new contacts – i.e. those with unresolved email addresses are failing to auto create contact records as they had previously done when using email router. Does anyone have any ideas about how we go about switching this back on?

    Thanks

Users can set it themselves, it's under options (the gear in the upper right) and then in the Email tab.

Or you can use the User Settings Utility in the XRMToolKit to set it for them. You can't do it for other users with the OOB admin tools in CRM.

Just in case anyone else needs to know this - I finally got a response back from MS and you cannot auto create a contact when the queue is owned by a team. We have decided to change our queues to be owned by the managers of the these teams (user) and this works fine.
