CRM 2013 - Using Server side sync
We have just migrated from email router to server side sync, we have inbound mailboxes linked to queues and we have noticed that new contacts – i.e. those with unresolved email addresses are failing to auto create contact records as they had previously done when using email router. Does anyone have any ideas about how we go about switching this back on?
