Who else has used the Bing Maps on their forms in D365?

We recently configured this on our Account and Contact forms. It works perfectly when an address is entered for the first time. It will show the pin and allow you to click to get the directions.

However, when you open a form that already has an address it will show a map of the whole world. There is no pin and it is not zoomed to the right area. Clicking to get the directions still works as expected. See screenshot below of how this looks.

This is CRM Online. We are seeing the same behavior in the Classic Interface, Model Driven App and Mobile App. Also in the Wave 2 preview.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

This is working for us correctly in the classic web interface, but on our new unified interface, we see the same thing.  Not sure why this is occurring either...

Our situation is the same as Laura's. Classic is fine, but Unified is not. Funny no one on our end had noticed it yet! I do have a link to a Google Maps url as a field on the form, so our users may be using that instead. Google Maps is more flexible for what they need.

This could be a bug in UCI.  I would report it to Microsoft so they can at least look at it for a future fix.

When I displayed the account using the new UI, the map was "worldly."  I changed the Country of the Address from United States to US, the map displayed correctly (See Image).  However, upon re-opening the record in the UI, the map of the earth returned.  So it is an on-load issue.

    Thanks for the feedback everyone!
It sounds like everyone is having odd, sporadic behavior which lines up with our findings. We are going to escalate this to Microsoft and I will report back on our findings. Thanks!

We are experiencing this bug in the UCI as well for a client on version 9.1. I can also confirm that it works in the Classic view; just not UCI. If someone could please report this to Microsoft, then we would appreciate it. Thank you!

@Jeremy Petersen we were told by Microsoft that this issue would be addressed in early November. I believe it is an issue across the board for all users.
    thanks! Laura

@eman elshareif this started working for us about a month ago, we didn't do anything, it was just fixed. I assume Microsoft pushed out a fix.
