Our workaround: We created a custom entity called Updates that converts Notes to the new activity type instantly when created in CRM. That activity shows in the Timeline, and in views of all types of Activities. I'm happy to share how we did that, if you are interested.Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.Elaine
