    I was reading the April 2019 release notes and came across this feature for the customization of the Case Resolution dialog! After years of dealing with this limitation, it appears as if Microsoft is finally improving this feature! I hope it works as well as I'd like it to. I can't wait to test it. If somebody has already tested it, feel free to share your thoughts.

    Next will be the ability to customize the Opportunity Close dialog.

    And since 2019-05-02 it is officially removed from the docs again... 😕

    And the docs link you included gives 404.
