Group chart in Legend series by two fields

    Dear support,

    I am trying to replicate this chart made in excel in  dynamics 365 out of the box solution:

    When I am trying to build up the chart with this options below:

    I am not able to group by an agent name in stacked columns, because is doing a "count:all"

    Do you know if there is any way that I can achieve this?
