    Hello,
    We migrated to SharePoint online, and are running on Dynamcs365. We would like to be able to upload documents to opportunities and leads, however, we receive the following error message (see below). 

    Are Dynamics365 and SharePoint online not compatible? Are uploading files to the CRM not compatible with SharePoint online?

    Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Hi Melissa

    There could be 2 possible reasons - either Sharepoint is not integrated with D365 or users don't have access/permissions to SharePoint site. Here are the links that may be of help:
