Problem completing tasks in D365 and Outlook

    We have a few users who are experiencing a problem with D365 and Outlook related to Activities. When they complete a task in D365, it does not complete in Outlook, and vice versa. The rest of our users are able to complete the task/appointment in D365 and it translates over to Outlook and completes the Outlook task without problems.

    I have checked the org and personal settings and there are no differences between these two sets of users. Has anyone experienced this, found a solution, have a recommendation, or anything to help me resolve this? Of course it is our CEO who is having the problem so I have to find a solution.

    As always, appreciate everyone's thoughts, ideas, and expertise.

    Do you think it could just be some sync issue, with outlook. Outlook usually has sync issues.
