Dynamics 365 For Outlook, Add Contact

    Hello Everyone,

    I am trying to figure out if there is an easy way, by either enabling a button or something, to add a single contact from a users contact list to CRM. I know that there is a dynamics 365 button in an email when you track the email. And you can add a contact from that. But if there is not email, and the contact is just in the contact list, I do not see a way for a user to add the contact to the CRM other than copy and paste.

    If you are using the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook (not the old Dynamics 365 for Outlook - also referred to as Outlook COM add-in -  which is being deprecated) please check out this guide.

    Tracking Contacts only works in Outlook 2016 desktop and up only. Contact tracking does not work in Outlook on the Web.
